Shareable Dashboards

Generate public links to real-time dashboards so stakeholders see always-current AI visibility data without needing a login.

Quick answer
Shareable Dashboards let you create public or password-protected links to live dashboard views. Recipients see real-time data — the same metrics, charts, and trends that appear in the platform — without needing an account or login. The dashboard updates automatically as new monitoring data comes in, so stakeholders always see the latest numbers.
How it works

Shareable Dashboards in detail

From any dashboard view in the platform, you click "Share" to generate a shareable link. The share dialog lets you configure which sections and metrics are included, whether the link is public or password-protected, and whether it has an expiration date.

The shared dashboard is rendered as a read-only view that pulls live data from the platform. It uses the same charting and layout engine as the internal dashboard, so the visual experience is identical. Data refreshes automatically at the same cadence as your monitoring cycles — recipients do not need to refresh the page manually.

Access controls include public links (anyone with the URL can view), password-protected links (recipients must enter a password), and SSO-gated links (recipients authenticate through your identity provider). You can revoke a shared link at any time, and the access log shows who viewed the dashboard and when. For agencies, each client workspace can have its own set of shared dashboards with independent access controls.
