• Billing information (processed securely via Stripe)
• Brand and query data you configure for monitoring
• Communications you send to us (support requests, feedback)

We automatically collect:

• Usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration)

• To provide and maintain our service
• To process your subscription and payments

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Supabase — for data storage and authentication
• PostHog — for product analytics (anonymized)
• AI engine providers — we send your configured queries to AI engines for monitoring purposes. No personal data is included in these queries.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted data at rest, row-level security policies, and regular security audits. Enterprise customers can use their own encryption keys (BYOK).

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Monitoring data (AI engine responses, visibility metrics) is retained for up to 24 months. You can request deletion of your data at any time via our contact page.
