PDF Reports
An AI visibility report summarises mentions, Share of Model, competitors, and actions for stakeholders. This page explains what a good report contains.
This capability was part of the paid AEO Platform product, which closed on 2026-10-02. It is not available. This page explains the technique for reference.
PDF Reports in detail
Start with a template of sections. For each section, choose the date range and filters, then order the sections for the audience. Pull the figures from your own records or monitoring data at the time of writing, so the report reflects current information.
Distribute the report by email to a defined list, or place it in a shared folder. Keep every report in an archive so you can compare periods later.
For client work, apply the agency's branding consistently: logo, primary and accent colours, and a footer with contact information. Where an agency serves several clients, keep a separate branded template for each.
