Smart Alerts

Get notified the moment your AI visibility changes — before small shifts become big problems.

Quick answer
AI engine responses can change overnight. A model update, a shift in retrieved sources, or a competitor's new content can alter how your brand is described, recommended, or omitted. Smart Alerts ensures your team hears about these changes in near real-time, delivered to the channels they already use.
How it works

Smart Alerts in detail

Smart Alerts operates as a layer on top of every detection signal in the platform. After each monitoring cycle the alert engine compares the latest data against historical baselines for your brand. It evaluates mention counts, Share of Model scores, sentiment averages, citation URLs, and competitor co-occurrence patterns.

When a metric deviates beyond the configured threshold — or beyond the statistically expected range if you use adaptive thresholds — the engine generates an alert. Each alert includes the affected metric, the magnitude of change, the engine and prompt family involved, and a direct link to the relevant dashboard view so you can investigate immediately.

Alerts are batched intelligently. If five related prompts all show a mention drop on the same engine in the same cycle, the platform groups them into a single alert with a summary rather than sending five separate notifications. Delivery is near real-time for webhooks and Slack, and batched daily or weekly for email digests depending on your preference.
