Team Workspaces

Manage multiple brands, clients, and teams under one account with per-workspace billing, permissions, and reporting.

Quick answer
Team Workspaces provide the organisational structure that agencies, multi-brand companies, and large marketing teams need. Each workspace operates as an independent environment with its own brands, query banks, competitive sets, action plans, and reports. Users can belong to multiple workspaces with different roles in each, and administrators have a cross-workspace view for portfolio-level oversight.
How it works

Team Workspaces in detail

An account administrator creates workspaces from the organisation settings panel. Each workspace is configured with a name, description, default brand, and access permissions. Users are invited to specific workspaces with role assignments: admin (full control), editor (can modify data and settings), viewer (read-only access), or custom roles defined by the administrator.

Workspace data is fully isolated. Brands, query banks, audit results, mention data, action plans, and reports in one workspace are invisible to users in another workspace unless they have explicit cross-workspace access. This isolation is important for agencies where client data confidentiality is non-negotiable.

The organisation dashboard provides administrators with a cross-workspace overview: total brands monitored, aggregate Share of Model trends, workspace-level health scores, and billing summaries. Administrators can drill into any workspace without switching contexts. For agencies, the organisation dashboard functions as a portfolio view that shows the health and progress of every client engagement at a glance.
