Microsoft Teams
CommunicationDeliver AEO visibility alerts and weekly digests to Microsoft Teams channels so enterprise teams stay informed without switching tools.
Microsoft Teams + AEO Platform
The integration connects to Microsoft Teams via an incoming webhook or the Microsoft Graph API, depending on your organization's security requirements. AEO Platform formats each alert as an adaptive card — a rich, interactive message format native to Teams — and posts it to the configured channel.
Alert rules work the same way as other communication integrations: you define which events, brands, engines, and severity levels should trigger a post, and AEO Platform handles the rest. Scheduled digests can be configured for daily or weekly delivery with a summary of key metrics and changes.
