Data refreshes follow your Looker Studio report settings. You can configure automatic refresh intervals from every 15 minutes to once per day. Each refresh pulls the latest data from AEO Platform.

Under the hood, the connector queries the AEO Platform API and transforms the response into the tabular format Looker Studio expects. Dimensions include engine, query, category, sentiment, and mention type. Metrics include mention count, citation count, average position, and sentiment score. Data refreshes follow your Looker Studio report refresh schedule.
