How it works

HubSpot + AEO Platform

The integration connects to HubSpot via the HubSpot API using OAuth. AEO Platform creates a set of custom properties on Company and Contact objects — AI Visibility Score, Top AI Engine, Mention Count, Citation Count, and Last AI Update Date. On a configurable schedule, AEO Platform pushes updated values to matching HubSpot records based on company domain matching.

Domain matching links AEO Platform brands to HubSpot companies by comparing the brand's primary domain with the company's website property. When a match is found, all AI visibility metrics for that brand are written to the company record. Optionally, the data can cascade to associated contacts for use in lead scoring workflows and list segmentation.

AEO Platform automatically matches brands to HubSpot companies by domain. Review the matches and manually link any brands that were not auto-detected.
